1.Develop comprehensive 3D existing conditions BIM to facilitate seamless coordination among architectural/MEP disciplines & renderings2.Design/generate/analyze/update parametric virtual smart BIM models3.Produce high-quality 3D renderings/visualizations of construction projects utilizing advanced rendering techniques4.Create/refine BIM execution plans & maintain project alignment to ensure adherence to project-specific BIM standards & monitor their implementation/control5.Perform clash detection to ensure smooth coordination among architectural/MEP/electrical components & evaluate clash detection reports6.Execute on-site 3D laser scanning, register scans & generate point clouds of as-built data7.Conduct engineering analysis/cost estimation & control/site planning using BIM applicationReq: BS in Construction Management or Architectural Engineering plus minimum 2-year of experience designing/coordinating BIM models for architectural/MEP components. Solid knowledge of 3D laser scanning/VDC/construction modeling techniques; Strong skills in construction management/cost estimating & scheduling; Excellent BIM modeling for architectural/MEP disciplines & visualization techniques; Proficient in Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360/BlueBeam/AutoCAD/Civil 3D/ReCap/Adobe Creative Suite/MS Projects.Salary: $74,600/year.
