Join us!This job is responsible for facilitating a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Treasury Sales Associate/Analyst to join our Healthcare, Education, Not-For-Profit (HENFP) team. HENFP is a major division of the Global Commercial Bank. It is unique in that its client teams are dedicated to adding value by providing specialized solutions to Not-for-Profit Healthcare (hospitals, health systems and insurance providers), Private Higher Education, and Not-for-Profits (charitable, cultural, social, and professional institutions) with annual revenues starting at $50 million and with no upper limit on revenue size of those organizations (the largest exceed $20 billion in annual revenue). The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can advocate for our clients in providing liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX, and commercial card services. This candidate should be prepared to challenge the status quo and influence peers with diverse points of view and be forward thinking with the ability to see what is next in treasury management.Responsibilities:

Assists with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including client planning, client calling efforts, client team meeting preparation, delivery, and follow-up, and revenue and pathway tracking

Conducts industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning

Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing

Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships

Supports clients through the implementation, client onboarding, and training activities

Ensures the accuracy of sales data including managing sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting

Participates in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers

As a Treasury Sales Associate/Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing tailored treasury solutions and support to clients within the healthcare, education, and not-for-profit industries through:

Client Support : Assist two Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in managing and expanding client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Sales Assistance : Participate in the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs, ensuring all materials meet client needs and Bank of America's high standards.

Opportunity Generation : Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration.

Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of treasury products and services, including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment services, to effectively assist TSOs in advising clients.

Cost Analysis: Complete price/cost benefit analysis models and work with TSOs for non-standard pricing

Documentation Organization: Complete card agreements and gather documentation from various areas of the bank in order to submit for implementation.

Market Research : Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors.

Data Management : Maintain accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal partners, including credit, risk, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of treasury solutions.

Professional Development : Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and Bank of America's product offerings through continuous learning and training.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or a related industry, preferably with exposure to treasury products and services.

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment; preferred candidates will have Treasury experience.

Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint experience.

Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for serving the healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors.

Desired Qualifications:

CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) Certification

Sales support or client service role within a financial institution experience

Prospecting and developing new business experience

CRM systems, such as Salesforce knowledge

Financial needs and challenges faced by healthcare, education, and not-for-profit organizations knowledge
