Our direct client in the fashion industry is in need of 2 Temp IT Support Specialists to start as soon as possible. This position will be located onsite in their New York City office. This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility to extend further. Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and commuter benefits.Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities: - Helpdesk support and operations which will include but not be limited to: computer setups, remote computer installations and troubleshooting, email creation and setup via outlook, iPhone prep, and setup, etc.
Qualifications: - Hands-on, resolving and helping the team, with experience handling the broad scope of desk issues.
- Excel proficiency mandatory
- Zoom Proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Able to navigate autonomously, proactive, and able to pivot to everchanging priorities quickly
- Experience High volume IT requests daily an absolute must
- As per programs more generalist IT experience troubleshooting PC issues
- Experience with ServiceNow
