About the RoleWe are seeking a candidate with a strong background in technical knowledge, security fundamentals, program management, and strategic planning. We need a leader who is a problem solver who enjoys working directly with security engineers to achieve strategic objectives. The Human Risk Technical Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Security, Compliance & Risk Management, Human Resources, and Legal, to create, drive, and deliver a human risk management and awareness program globally. Run a small team of security awareness and training professionals
Develop and deliver security awareness and training content to our internal staff
Collaborate across security, engineering, legal, and compliance
Use data to develop an analytical perspective of the needs of various teams across Uber
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in Security Training and Awareness
3+ years experience in cybersecurity risk management
Experience with data analysis techniques, using large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and to gain insights
Experience creating and delivering technical material; ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strategic problem solver with excellent business judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive-level slide-building and presentation abilities.
Deep working knowledge of project management methodologies with a head for problem-solving and critical thinking.
A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$154,000 per year - USD$171,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
