Join us!Position Summary : As the Sr. Inventory Control Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all aspects of inventory management, responsible for reconciling stock between Nessoft and 3rd Party WMS, managing $150 million worth of inventory, and providing guidance to cross-functional teams. You will ensure compliance with Head Quarter requirements, lead inventory management projects, and analyze findings to improve accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Supply Chain community, Back Office Teams, and 3rd Party Partners, to optimize inventory processes. Key Responsibilities : Inventory Management:

Responsible for inventory reconciliation of stock in 9 main location buckets between Nessoft and 3rd Party WMS, as well as individual stock location buckets in 3P WMS and corresponding locations in Nessoft.

Accountable for managing $150 million worth of inventory in the stock 9 inventory bucket.

Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, both internal and external, for inventory management decision-making.

Offer guidance and support for inventory management across multiple businesses, such as BTQ, B2B, B2C, Reverse logistics, after-sales, etc.

Support the facilitation of training and follow-ups as needed.

Process & Compliance Expert for Inventory:

Understand HQ requirements for Physical Inventories, Cycle Counts, and Adjustments.

Align Ernst & Young requirements with yearly audits for warehouses and systems.

Establish a quarterly traceability exercise schedule with 3rd Party Partners and TQM.

Inventory Management Projects:

Manage tasks and initiatives tied to enhancing systems and integration to improve inventory management.

Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, both internal and external.

Coordinate with our 3rd party and internal local IT teams on projects to enhance functionality across all systems.

Support the functionality of all movements from Nessoft > Edge > CORE/LMXT.

Annual Physical Inventory Management:

Establish an annual schedule for physical inventories, aligning with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that PI aligns with Global compliance and audit requirements.

Report findings and analysis to help improve inventory accuracy percentages and variance values.

Bad Goods Analysis and Support:

Monitor FEFO and Expiry analysis monthly to identify risks and impacts to SLA.

Create action plans to mitigate FEFO violations and collaborate with 3rd party on execution and follow-up.

Align with Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) on any slow-moving/expiry errors that impact DSP bad goods.

Experience & Education Requirements :

BA/BS Degree required. Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred.

At least 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing/distribution/warehouse operations, inventory control, or physical logistics experience, preferred.

Proven experiences in consumer goods industry and/or B2C , retail logistics.

Strong working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange and Warehouse Management Systems.

Professional Experience in Logistics/EDI/Stock Reconciliation and dealing with 3rd Party Warehousing.

Evidence of successful process improvement leadership in operations and/or supply chain.

DMAIC/GSTD experience

Proven experience in project management and situation leadership, with strong change management and leadership skills when engaging with clients at all organizational levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, while simultaneously working on and leading multiple projects and assignments.

SOP creation/review experience

Strong communication and presentation skills.

High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Up to 10% travel.

This job operates in a professional office/warehouse environment with travel to Boutique/Retail/Warehouse/Corporate visits.

Ability to work extended hours and quarterly weekend stock counts as needed.

The approximate pay range for this position is $81,000.00 to $100,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
