The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.The Team:The digital wallets team is responsible for leading the strategy, managing the roadmap and delivery of transfers capabilities to our +30MM customers. Working closely with the enterprise payments strategy team, technology and lines of business partners, this team will help to shape the strategic direction and execute on delivering digital wallet capabilities to customers. The scope of responsibilities spans consumer and small business, across the enterprise including deposits, credit, payments, and investing.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager, preferably with a background in Digital Wallets, Digital Payments, and/or Fintech to join the Digital Transfers team. In this role, you will lead the digital wallets strategy by partnering with technology to understand and articulate the business value and also with the analytics team to use metrics and VOC for a data-driven solution. You will create a trusted relationship with digital stakeholders across consumer lending and investment lines of businesses to understand the needs of the channel and align them with transfers platform priorities. You will also work with delivery teams to ensure the channel's needs are met.In this role, you will:

Support the development and execution of the digital transfers platform strategy across the enterprise to achieve business outcomes, with specific focus on digital channel and associated platforms such as email and messaging communications

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to make strategic decisions for resolving highly complex and unique challenges related to Digital Channel Integration that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of digital platform capabilities, and understanding of the business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years experience creating and executing strategic product roadmaps

Proven delivery of digital products and services to large-scale client base

Working understanding of consumer digital payments solutions and overall ecosystem

Experience working with User Experience teams to drive out overall customer experience

Experience working on defining and articulating product vision

Experience working in a large matrixed organization

Experience understanding complex needs and business requirements

Experience working in Agile environment

Proven ability to translate complex technologies into cohesive story articulating business and customer benefit

Job Expectations:

This position is a hybrid work model, must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, New York, NY or San Francisco, CA 3 days a week

Pay Range:

Charlotte, NC: $120,400 - $250,000

New York, NY: $138,500 - $287,600

San Francisco, CA: $138,500 - $287,600

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
