- 8 to 10 Yrs experienced resources with S/4 HANA skills (at least 1-2 implementations/support)
- Hands on Incident handling & work on quick resolution within time frames (SLA adherence)
- Hands on Change Request
- Hands on preparing Functional Specification and work with ABAP team
- Integration knowledge with other modules
- Work with Technical team for delivering any custom developments.
- Familiar with Hyper Care support (like work in War Room / Command Center)
