Remediation Office Continuous Improvement ManagerThe Remediation Office Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will be part of the Enterprise Remediation Office within the Enterprise COO, Business Operations and Strategic Investments group. The Remediation CI Manager will oversee and coordinate various complex remediation projects across the enterprise leveraging a structured, but flexible framework. The candidate is required to have continuous improvement, business system analysis, and project management skillsets to help cross-functional teams conduct formal root cause analysis and will document process and system issues which require focus as part of remediation execution plans.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Validates and documents issue assessment to confirm problem statement, root cause analysis, and contributing findings to enable successful remediation prioritization and solutions are executed in a timely manner.

Identifies sets of capabilities which require formal process mapping to appropriately identifying process/system control gaps requiring remediation and partners with the Business Control Officers to assess and execute.

Liaison with our Data Analytics team throughout the remediation data forensics to finalize client impacts due to remediation(s).

Reconciles the interdependencies among the various remediation workstreams and facilitates communications among the cross-functional teams involved with root cause analysis and remediation execution.

Determines themes and trends across remediation workstreams, incidents, issues, and client complaints to determine deeper levels of process and system gaps that need to be addressed holistically.

Articulates root cause analysis findings to aid in proper communications across various leadership levels to ensure all involved understand the issues and aid them to take accountability to address.

Provides data to Remediation Program Managers that will assist in the creation of remediation communication plans to support Wealth and Retirement business partners that are required to communicate to impacted clients.

Provides supporting data for business cases to ensure remediation findings have the appropriate support for future continuous improvement and automation recommendations.

Ensures proper feedback loop on remediation learnings is in place and shared in a set of cadences across all lines of defense, NBIA, Strategic Planning partners, etc.
