Description Robert Half is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our team on-site and collaborate with our attorneys to drive litigation workflows forward. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (35–40 hours weekly), occasional remote overtime as needed.

About You:We’re seeking candidates with the following:
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional paralegal experience (5+ years preferred), particularly in litigation.
Expertise: Strong understanding of discovery, arbitration procedures, and filing systems.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Availability: Ability to work independently in the office five days a week.

Requirements Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal.
Proficiency in Commercial Litigation is required. Must be adept in e-Filing and e-Discovery procedures. Experience in Federal Court proceedings is necessary. Must have substantial knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing Contracts. Proficiency in using Westlaw for legal research is expected. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.
