Job Description:Candidate will be joining Global Stock Loan team in Prime Services Technology team. Software developer will be integral part of an on-shore agile/scrum/stand-up team requiring presence in office with other team members.Required also to be working standard hours to support business/trading (3rd line support). Developer required for Pre-Trade, Core Trading, and Inventory Management book of work. The multi-year programs incorporates building Next Generation systems, Regulatory, Firm Mandatory & Market Mandatory driven initiativesRequired Skills Strong development skills (.NET/C#, OOP, Design Patterns) Experience with WCF, WPF TIBCO or messaging equivalent N-tier architecture Strong database knowledge (Sybase/SQL/Oracle)Desired Skills Experience with database performance and tuning a plus Understanding of Agile Concepts Desired SkillsExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD/BDD)Knowledge of Stock loan / Securities Finance a plusKnowledge of the trade lifecycle (Trading, Middle Office, Settlements) a plus Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or equivalent Minimal Experience required (# of years of experience) including field and industryBank of America's Global Banking and Markets Technology Organization.
