Design, test, maintain and prepare financial reports, databases to assure integrity of underlying data for all financial reporting and planning.
Design, test and prepare compliance reports for enterprise-wide grants.
Assist auditors with the completion of their audits in this area as needed.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Supervision of StaffProvide technical support for producing timely and accurate financial reports
Develop reports to assist in presenting audit / management analyses or reconciliations.
Oversee and provide technical support for month-end financial closings and report publications.
Assist with annual and compliance audits by maintaining standard FASB/ASC financial statements and providing ad hoc reporting for audits by funding agencies.
Provide technical support for Budgets, Forecasts and variance reporting.
Play a critical role in the Budget team, responsible for the Prophix Personnel system and the development/maintenance of Prophix financial models.
Assist with Budget Consolidation and Forecasting systems.
Project Management
Identify projects that will benefit fiscal and program staff.
Create project plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
Leverage limited resources and achieve timely results.
Take steps to bring the project in on time and on budget.
