Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Legal Billing Analyst in New York, 10019, United States. As a Legal Billing Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our team, handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Your role will also encompass monitoring customer accounts and initiating suitable actions.Responsibilities Efficiently handle and process customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as necessary Manage and perform billing functions Use Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various tasks Participate in auditing processes Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Utilize Aderant, ADP - Financial Services, Costpoint, and About Time for various accounting functions Perform legal billing tasks as required.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with Aderant is a must. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is desirable. Knowledge of Costpoint is important. CRM skills are necessary for this role. Ability to use About Time software is preferred. Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential. Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed. Auditing skills are a key requirement for this role. Experience in Billing Functions is crucial. Knowledge of Legal Billing is a significant plus.
