Customer Data Management:Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.2. Campaign Execution:Assist in the planning and execution of automated and one-off CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, web / app, and SMS).Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.3.
