As the Global DEI Communications Executive Director you will possess strong communication skills to help tell the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion story. In addition, you will develop communication strategies and tactics to support the firms Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work, partnering with Communication team members and key senior executives as well as stakeholders to execute on communication strategies and leading this important work.Job Requirements:

Develop communications strategies and tactics in support of the firm's Diversity, Equity and inclusion work, partnering with Communications team members and key senior executives and stakeholders to execute on communications strategies; and lead consensus and review processes across various business units for company's communications goals.

Develop integrated storytelling to support and elevate the voice and work of JPMorgan Chase, including media relations, thought leadership, talk points, crisis response and internal activation.

Generate new ideas and collaborate with others within the communications team and internal stakeholders in a matrixed, fast-paced, creative environment.

Continuously challenge and evolve messaging, channels and platforms to keep pace with quickly evolving landscape and needs.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

8-10+ years in communications at a global corporation or equivalent experience. Experience in corporate DEI communications, financial service and crisis communications preferred.

Critical thinking and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with proven ability to thoroughly and concisely advise on communications strategies, build relationships with internal and external audiences and effectively manage a company's reputation.

Track record successfully managing internal and external communications at a global company including ability to collaborate with colleagues across the globe and understand cultural differences to ensure appropriate messaging.

Experience in successfully pitching journalists and developing media opportunities for high profile brands and executives (journalist contacts and direct experience with DEI media a plus).

A strong team orientation and experience required, with organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure and influence and lead positive change as an effective team leader and business partner.
