Full-time, long-term nanny to join team in caring for three children

Hello! Our family is looking for a full-time, long-term career nanny to join our existing nanny team for our 3 children, a 2.5-year-old boy and 9-month-old twin girls, to start in late April/early May in White Plains. The position splits coverage 7am-8pm 7 days/week with another nanny (e.g. splitting the week or weekly rotation) with an average of 45 hours/week guaranteed. The position can be live-in or live-out when we are in NY, and live-in during winters. Nanny will work as a team with another nanny to care for the infants and/or toddler, and should be able to care for 1-2 children independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, a team player, caring, attentive, engaging, safety-conscious, energetic, and open to feedback. We are a fun-loving, warm, and dynamic family, and keep very busy throughout the year with activities and travel!

Start: Late April/early May, trials between March 25-31

Position: Full-time nanny (live-in or live-out while in NY, live-in during winters, rotational optional)

Location: White Plains/NYC (year round), Wyoming (winters), 3-4 weeks of domestic/international travel

Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm, 7 days a week (split between two nannies e.g. 4 days on/4 days off, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off), 45 hours/week guaranteed

Age: 2.5-year-old boy, two 9-month-old girls; responsibility for three children is split with another nanny

Responsibilities: everything pertaining to the care of the children (meal prep, bottles, diapers, pottying, playtime with age-appropriate toys and activities, children's laundry, tidying up play areas and kitchen, naps, bathtime, driving to activities), light housekeeping

Requirements: experience with infants/toddlers, experience with multiples, clean driving record, infant/child CPR and first-aid training, up-to-date vaccinations, excellent references, excellent communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, able to travel domestically and internationally, can lift 35 lbs

Rate: $35-40 per hour

Benefits: 1.5x holiday pay or paid holidays off (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day), 40 hours PTO, health insurance stipend
