A Consulting firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Long-Term Temporary Executive Assistant to support their growing Infrastructure team for 3 - 6 months. This role requires someone who has experience supporting multiple executives at once, as they will be expected to provide administrative support to up to 5 Managing Directors. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with strong attention to detail. This is a hybrid role, requiring this person to be in office 3 days/week from 8:30am - 5:30pm.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangementsCalendar managementPrepare time and expense reportsPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentsMeet and greet clients and other visitorsCopy sensitive files, document binding, answering phone, and project specific assistanceConference room scheduling and catering ordersDistribute meeting materialsPlanning, coordinating, and executing special projects and eventsAny additional logistics (i.e., lunch reservations, etc.) on a case-by-case basisQualifications: 4+ years Executive Assistant experienceBachelor's Degree is preferred.Outstanding customer service / interpersonal skills; ability to support multiple executives / varied working styles.Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company as a trusted team member.Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.Ability to ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through and confidentiality.Excellent computer and calendaring skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Salesforce, Concur, file sharing software (i.e., Box).Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process; consistently produce error-free work; Organized and detail orientated with excellent follow through; independent.Strong problem-solver.Self-motivated, tactful, and a great team player.Professional image and demeanor.Project coordination and management experience needed at an intermediate complexity.Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure with minimal direction and consistently make deadlines.Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.Compensation/Benefits: 33.65/hr - 36.06/hrBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
