- The Data Analyst is responsible for the data capture and ongoing maintenance of client and security reference data
- Intra Day Queue Management
- Resolve problems independently and escalate as required.
- Perform regular controls and reconciliations to ensure data captured is correct
- Gather data from various internal and external sources (client files, electronic files) to complete the Know-Your-Customer data profile
- Communicate with Relevant Ops and Compliance Areas regarding the set-up of new clients
- Understand Client and SSI processes
- Understand Security Set Up and Maintenance processes
- Participate in delivery of key tactical technology implementation
- Monitor daily databases.
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
