Salesforce CRM Director - New York - $140,000 - $170,000 - Fully RemoteI'm actively sourcing for a Salesforce CRM Director that can demonstrate experience You will be working with members across internal support, development, and other management roles internationally. This role will require you to handle technology initiatives, security, and support for the staff in over 60+ countries through managing the Salesforce platform (implementations and support). The client is a non-profit, based out of New York City and offers a remote permanent position with around a $140K - $170K salary with competitive benefits. This client is looking for a candidate who will engage in this leadership position to help their Salesforce adoption.
Primary Responsibilities Include:- Will manage a group who will design manage and operate a key piece of the systems architecture. The leader will establish the target architecture, migrate and shutdown existing systems and drive automation and integration allowing self-service access to the appropriate data
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration, application development, build reports and dashboards deployment, testing, ad iterative refinement
- Collaborate with the Director of Information Security to make sure the system & data are secured appropriately
- Collaborate with the Director of Development Operations and other "customers" to make sure the CRM system supports their business requirements and operational needs
- Escalation Point for technical issues and mentor resources
- Provide key metrics on usage and service quality for this key system
- Work closely with remaining IT teams as needed for integration, reports, and dashboards
