Pre-Sales Support: Develop compelling pre-sales presentations and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
Solution Development: Work closely with internal practices to create optimal solutions based on client needs, drawing upon expertise in cloud, mainframe, and data migration
SOW Drafting & Engagement Planning: Assist in drafting Statements of Work and create detailed engagement plans to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope and deliverables
Project Discovery & IT Transition: Lead project discovery efforts, converting insights into actionable IT projects, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
Client Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively
Risk Mitigation & Solution Enablement: Identify potential project challenges proactively, enabling the team to devise effective solutions to address client issues
Requirements
Extensive experience working within the insurance industry & it’s Industry-specific challenges and opportunities (5 Years)
Proven history leading transformation projects across multiple cloud, mainframe, and data migration initiatives
Familiar with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong knowledge of legacy system transformation and data migration
Hands-on experience with mainframe decommissioning and modern cloud architecture
Ability to present solutions and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders
Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying challenges and creating solutions in high-complexity environments
Familiarity with insurance-specific data structures and compliance requirements
Comfortable with agile project management and best practices in IT transformation
