- Drive project meetings, capture meeting notes and ensure action items are completed promptly.
- Work closely with Sr. Program/Project Manager to track progress of project/workstream deliverables against overall project timelines.
- Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: status reporting, artifact management, process improvement and creation/management of project change requests.
- Maintain goals set forth by Perficient management and the client.
- Manage overall project organization to ensure current status, risks and dependencies can be clearly communicated at all times.
- Work closely with Perficient account leads to remain in full communication on the status and details of your assigned work, including any timing issues that may arise.
- Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
- Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading projects within Financial Services, on the business side, is a MUST.
- Previous management consulting experience is preferred.
- Risk/Regulatory experience with a focus on consent orders and MRAs is preferred.
- Candidates must be located in the Charlotte or NYC regions. Position will be remote to start, but expectation is that candidate will be in-person 5 days per week once office re-opens.
- Experience with large enterprise projects / large-scale transformation programs is a MUST.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a MUST.
- Ability to create executive-level communications. Grammar skills must be exceptional.
- Must be incredibly detail-oriented.
- Great PowerPoint and presentation skills is a MUST.
- Excel skills is a MUST.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
