Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation are valued will be crucial to your success.What your day-to-day will look like:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive technical solutions that meet client requirements.Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Assist in managing projects, including cost estimation, procurement of materials, and supervision of contractors, to ensure timely and efficient completion.Perform field work, including onsite electrical and mechanical equipment and operational assessments, supervision of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, testing and commissioning activities, set power meters and record measurements on electrical services and equipment.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery, ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of services.Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders, resolving complex issues and providing recommendations for improvement.Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and service records, to ensure compliance and facilitate decision-making.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance technical services and contribute to the growth and success of the team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in data centers, technical services, facilities management, or a similar role. Experience in reliable power and mechanical systems, including UPS, batteries, emergency generators, transfer switches, switchgear, distributed generation, chillers, pumps, air handlers, DX cooling, and VRF systems.Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.Understanding of the main principles of engineering and construction.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and facilities management software.What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.
