We are currently looking for an individual to join our HQ Marketing Team as Associate Director, Medical Expert Engagement Marketer. This role will report to the Senior Director, Medical Expert Engagement. The AD Medical Expert Engagement Marketer will help support the Medical Expert (ME) Engagement strategy and work cross-functionally to identify, engage, and build professional relationships with Medical Experts in the ovarian cancer disease area and execute regional engagement plans with them in a commercial capacity

Responsibilities

Support Senior Director, Medical Expert Engagement in pull through of Medical Expert Engagement Strategy

Support Medical Expert Engagement within region with regional advisory board meetings, special engagements, congress planning, engagement with HCPs, and special projects

Contracting and payment of Medical Experts

Lead or Co-lead the materials approval process (PRC) for resources

PRC review, monitoring pieces and push through

Includes opening job codes, attend meetings, and pulling through field resources to approval

Develop and implement regional program strategy to overcome region’s barriers and drive execution/results

Speaker Bureau performance (# of programs/year, HCP attendees)

Design, lead, and pull through unique programs to capitalize on region-specific opportunities (inclusive of: agency engagement, PRC approvals, regional implementation plan)

Create and complete Activity Requests via iHub, refine as needed and follow until approved by all parties for regional initiatives

Support planning and coordination of Medical Expert (ME) engagements within respective region during medical conferences. Ensure collaboration with all relevant functions for a seamless experience for the HCPs

Rollout/training (in partnership with appropriate teams) and pull through of national marketing resources to respective region

With identification of regional opportunities of resources

Co-lead agency partners to ensure timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, PRC submissions are timely and accurate, etc.

Ensure budgets and resources are effectively managed and plans are effectively implemented

SOWs, Contracting, POs, Finance Reporting

Educate the identified experts on important strategic aspects of the brand priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

6-10 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry including minimum 1-2 years in marketing (PRC, Legal and Regulatory) and field experience i.e., Sales, Sales Leadership, TLL, Account Management

Experience in the oncology, gynecologic oncology, immunology, rare disease or specialty preferred

Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Expert in PRC process (from initiation to approvals)

Stellar project management experience

A track record of building strong partnerships and cross-functional collaborations

Must exhibit inclusive peer leadership skills and an ability to influence without authority

Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution-oriented

Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors

Skilled at clearly communicating and collating insights as well as the implications and recommendations distilled from the analyses

Strategic Mindset

Excellent communication and analytical skills

HQ Marketing Role

Travel 60% (domestic travel: office, field time, internal meetings, conferences)
