Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This remote role requires recent experience with NetSuite and a strong background in accounts payable. If you are a go-getter with a knack for processing vendor invoices and managing ACH payments, we encourage you to apply. This position can require 1 day in office per week within the Manhattan office. Responsibilities
Process 80-100 vendor invoices per month, including manual entry for invoices received via email.
Review weekly list of vendor invoices to be paid and collaborate with the controller to determine payment priorities.
Manage ACH payments and ensure they align with the general ledger.
Essential Skills
1+ years of recent experience with NetSuite.
3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency in Excel, specifically for running aging reports.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 2-way and 3-way matching.
Accounting and data entry skills.
Experience with purchase order processing.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position with flexibility in working hours, typically from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
