Civil/Structural Engineer:
Requirements:
Bachelor in civil engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects, from start to finish including design scope, city approvals process and construction documents.
Develop designs and coordinate design consultant work.
Assemble construction-drawing sets in AutoCAD, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.
CAD Operator:
A CAD Operator to work alongside our Engineers, architects for the design and production of architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. The successful applicant is someone who is willing to work hard, learn on the job, and can work well with others in our highly collaborative environment. This is a hands-on position with lots of growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Site visits to survey existing conditions
Prepare of existing and proposed drawings.
Ability to work independently.
Scheduler
Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments and inputs customer data into company system.
Manages firm's schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meeting, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
