GC firm in need of a seasoned PM:
1. Must be able to read drawings, specifications and prepare submittal.
2. Must be able to do simple take-off and estimate
3. Must be able manage schedule
4. Attend project meetings and take action as is required.
5. Must be computer literate (MS WORD; EXCEL)
6. Having Prior SCA, PA of NY&NJ and other City Agency experience is a plus
7. Must be able to work independently without any supervision
