Open position for a junior architect / Archicad modeler in a small dynamic architectural firm. Great opportunity to learn all aspects of multi-family buildings design and advance in a profession based on performance.
Responsibilities
The position will require involvement in all stages of design/presentations/construction documents preparation/approval process in the multi-family residential/commercial sector of NY real estate development. Communication with the clients, and subcontractors, and coordination with the construction site will become part of the job assignment with an accumulation of knowledge.
Qualifications
Our office works flow is in ArchiCAD. Prior work experience in Archicad modeling is a requirement for job.
