Duties:
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
gathering, calculating and comparing takeoff data for use in bid proposal estimates
Establish and maintain tendering process
Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare estimates used by management for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Budget preparation
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or construction or equivalent
Understanding of building principles, materials, tools, methods, Blueprint reading, cost analysis, MS Office
