Associate Director (Apollo Management Holdings, L.P. – New York, NY); Multiple positions available. Offering a salary range of $145,000 - $215,000 per year. Provide operational support in the preparation of the annual compensation budget and long-term business planning. Oversee the equity budgeting process and provide regular business segment, compensation, and forecast updates. Liaise with senior management, including C-suite executives and P&L owners, to review expense reporting and liaise with Human Capital, Corporate Technology, and the broader Finance function to support ad hoc financial application projects as appropriate. Define the analytics necessary to inform the business on all matters pertaining to compensation expense budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate business process/reporting mapping and improvements. Troubleshoot and implement solutions across the firm’s internal technology platforms. Champion existing and future technologies and identify and resolve finance technology problems. Support performance management and the execution of data transformation projects. Position based in New York, NY; telecommuting permitted up to twice per week.
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and systems. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Adaptive/OneStream or similar enterprise performance management administration and report creation; Data handling and reporting; Microsoft Excel; Coding languages, such as SQL, Python, or VBA; and Finance and accounting processes. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position based in New York, NY; telecommuting permitted up to twice per week.
