Architect/Engineer Familiar W/ Illegal Construction Litigation Needed

I am looking for an architect or engineer with at least some experience testifying in court in cases involving illegal construction in New York City. You would need to get the plans from the city, look at photos, determine whether and to what extent illegal construction is being done, give sworn affidavits for court and testify in court as necessary. Pay is $50/hr. This is for a law firm so it could lead to other working on other cases as well.
