We are seeking a Lead Teacher / Educational Director for our Full-Day UPK classroom of 18 children. You will be supported by an Assistant Teacher and report directly to the Executive Director. We value educators who are not only passionate about early childhood learning but also eager to grow professionally. We actively support teachers at various stages of their career by offering resources, mentoring and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
NYS Teaching Certification, Early Childhood Education (Birth – Grade 2)
2 years experience in an early childhood classroom
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Follows the NYC DOE school calendar

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $61,000 – $68,000 annually (salary adjusted annually in alignment with DOE contract rates)
