We’re currently looking for an Admin to work at residential & commercial properties within; Westchester, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn sites.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9:00AM-6:00PM
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and executing various affordable housing compliances as well as supporting onsite associates in greenpoint landing, in conjunction with the property managers, leasing team, residents.
Utilize the affordable housing software to collect required documentation and determine eligibility for the incoming housing applicants and current residents.
Assisting with tour setup on property, processing leases, ledgers, payroll proceedings etc.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years in customer service
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Minimum of 3 years office experience
· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
· Computer proficiency
