If you are fluent in Russian and English and are looking for a full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
Collect and verify patient demographic information
Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service
Support our team in delivering the best patient care experience

What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in Russian and Fluent in English (required)
Authorization to work in the USA (required)
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent phone manners and a positive attitude
Easy to train and adaptable to new procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required
