Our Insurance Brokerage is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. We specialize in all types of personal and commercial insurance. As a CSR, you will assist with daily incoming service calls, billing, endorsements, and general customer service for existing policies. Candidates should have prior experience working at an insurance agency/ brokerage.
General Responsibilities:
- Inbound phone calls
- Billing
- Endorsements
- General customer service
Skills and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of career experience in personal/ commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.
- PC license is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm.
