Looking for a friendly, Front Desk/Customer Service rep to be the welcoming face of our cozy apartment community. If you enjoy meeting neighbors and keeping things safe—minus the corporate vibe—read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet residents, guests and delivery people with a warm smile
- Monitor building access and keep common areas secure
- Patrol lobby, hallways and parking areas on a relaxed schedule
- Log daily activities and flag anything unusual
- Coordinate with property management or emergency services as needed
- Use our simple security system to check building cameras and alarms
Who You Are
- Experience in front-desk, security or customer-service roles (residential/hospitality a plus)
- Great communicator with a “how can I help?” mindset
- Calm under pressure—ready to handle surprises with ease
- Physically able to stand and walk during your shift
- Professional but approachable—think friendly neighbor, not stiff corporate guard
