You love flowers and creating beautiful experiences for customers. You're an outgoing, customer-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment.
What You’ll Do:
Engage Customers – Greet guests with enthusiasm, assist with selections, and provide top-tier service.
Create Stunning Displays – Keep floral arrangements fresh and visually appealing.
Stay Organized – Maintain a clean workspace, process deliveries, and manage inventory.
Collaborate – Work as a team to uphold company standards and assist with training when needed.
Adapt & Thrive – Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
What You Bring:
1-3 years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and handling flowers/supplies
