Job Responsibilities:
Manage reservations from assignment to completion
Use dispatching software (Limo Anywhere)
Handle calls, emails, and messages from clients and drivers
Track drivers to ensure timely arrivals and proper routing
Assign vehicles and chauffeurs based on client needs
Requirements:
Prior experience in dispatching and multitasking (phones, email, messaging)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service for clients and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour
