Busy service company seeks a full-time customer service professional who is an enthusiastic self-starter with a pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience (preferably in a service business), the ability to handle a heavy volume of calls, computer skills, and the ability to follow through on assignments. Bilingual, Spanish-English a PLUS. Experience in a service business preferred, and previous office experience is essential.
