You’ll help our customers (DTC + Retailers) with orders, returns, shipping questions, and
general support—basically, making sure everyone who shops with us feels taken care of.
30-40 Hours p Week
️ Fashion or e-comm experience a plus
️ Shopify knowledge is ideal (but not a dealbreaker)
Must love clear communication, good grammar, and turning “meh” moments into “wow”
ones.
