BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $25.00/hr. (Full Time) & $20.50/hr. (Part Time)
Job Duties:
Assist passengers at check-in counters, gates, arrivals, and customs
Ensure smooth and timely boarding, deplaning, and transfer processes
Deliver excellent customer service to both domestic and international travelers
Collaborate with airline crews, airport staff, and port authorities
Navigate a fast-paced airport environment to maintain flight performance
Represent the airline brand with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
In addition to English must be able to speak one (1) of the following languages: (Cantonese, Tagalog, Mandarin, German, Italian)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
Able to multitask and adapt to unexpected situations
Organized and customer service-oriented
