Our company is seeking an experienced project manager for mid to high end residential construction projects. The individual must have at least 10 years of experience in this field as a project manager and in high end residential construction. Salary will be determined by level of experience level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of a construction project from bidding process to completion. Direct supervision of employees and their day-to-day tasks including carpentry, millwork, tile, stone, plastering and painting work required for the project. Responsible for scheduling of material deliveries, deliveries for all assigned projects. Hold meetings with owner’s representatives, construction managers, project managers, engineers and architects. Responsible for building the project schedule from start to finish and maintaining the schedule for client presentation. Site visits to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, and running efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have construction experience.
OSHA certified with knowledge of all OSHA requirements, including site safety
Must have the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
A good eye for detail
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Motivated, detail oriented and organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Preferably bi-lingual in Spanish and English
Capable of writing and sending emails
Knowledge of Fast Track scheduling software, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or some construction management software and or a good working knowledge of Excel is a plus
