Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing inventory
Supervising Field Techs
Quality Control
Managing truck maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are operational
Conducting follow-ups on estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction
Assisting with payroll processing
Supporting daily operations as needed and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business
Preparing Estimates
Qualifications:
Prior managerial experience in a service business is preferred
High level of character, integrity, and reliability
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
STRONG MANAGER
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 AM to 5:00 PM or until the last truck gets back
Wednesday: 7:00 AM until the last truck gets back
