Seeking an EXPERIENCED bill payer/bookkeeper/ auditor to work with Owner
Two days a week for 3 weeks and then to work 3 days a week the last week of each month.
AT LEAST 7+ years in auditing -bookkeeping/bill paying/accounting experience required-
Intermediate to advanced understanding of QuickBooks Pro. NO HYBID WORK- ALL IN OFFICE
Understanding of real estate and construction matters- real estate development .
Proficient Computer skills - including Microsoft Excel/ Google/ all technology.
Ability to work independently. Self-Starter.
Professional office demeanor/Professional speaking voice- some clerical work required-
Ability to write professional emails.
