P/T Bookkeeper – Small company looking for a part-time bookkeeper to manage both business and the owner’s personal finances.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile monthly business activity.
Categorize and analyze expenses.
Coordinate with ADP for tax compliance and quarterly filings.
Track multi-office spending and assist with growth management.
No A/R or A/P
Support the owner’s personal financial tracking and expense oversight.
Provide suggestions to improve systems and procedures.
Details:
Based in Fairfield County, CT with one monthly in-office meeting required.
Remote work and flexible hours otherwise.
Initial workload of 10–20 hours; ongoing 5–15 hours/month (may vary)
Must be reliable, organized, and proactive.
Compensation based on experience — include rate with resume.
You will work directly with the owner and be part of a professional, collaborative team.
