This job description is for someone who is organized and has strong multitasking skills with an excellent attention to detail & accuracy. Great organizational & strong computer skills are required. Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary.
Job responsibilities:
General data entry & administrative duties as assigned.
Enter & maintain all daily payment and toll transactions.
Reconcile daily tolls & payments.
Contact customers for payments.
Keep organized records and maintain files & databases.
Update accounts as needed, balance accounts.
Bank reconciliation.
Process payroll.
Qualifications:
5 years bookkeeping experience necessary.
Excellent computer skills
Ethical approach to financial bookkeeping.
Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems.
Ability to multitask.
Advanced in excel.
Knowledge of QuickBooks.
