$26/ Hour
9AM-5PM
Monday-Friday
Job Duties:
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and balance sheet accounts
Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances
Prepare, manage and monitor and report on budgets for special programs in accordance with internal and external reporting needs
Review financial data on a quarterly basis and communicate financial results to management
Ensure that all journal entries for each contract are in accordance with contract terms
Protect operations and keep all financial information confidential
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – Accounting or Business preferred
Minimum three years relevant accounting experience
Computer proficiency (esp. M.S. Office Suite)
Information System Structures aptitude and capable of building reports
Strong attention-to-details skills
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to keep all financial information confidential
