Bookkeeper Needed for Boutique Real Estate Team in South Brooklyn, NY
About Us:
We are a small, friendly real estate acquisition, development, and management company in South Brooklyn.
Position: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor, customer, and project files
- Process invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable, and receivables
- Handle emails, maintain calendars, scan and file documents
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience; real estate or property management experience is a plus
- Moderate QuickBooks skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Familiarity with cloud applications like Dropbox and Google Workspace
- Excellent English communication skills; Russian is a bonus
- Must have U.S. work authorization
