Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) – Midtown Online Audio Store
Midtown’s premier online audio retailer is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone who is good with numbers, energetic, reliable, and personable. This role is in-office only and requires 16 hours per week (2 days). Being bilingual is a strong plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
Manage and respond to customer and business emails
Print and organize shipping labels for outgoing orders
Receive hands-on training to support your success
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of administrative or office experience
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities efficiently
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Highly organized with a team-oriented attitude
