Accounts Receivable Representative
Our client, a construction industry sub-contractor located in the Red Hook / Carrol Gardens area of Brooklyn, has an immediate need for a new Accounts Receivables professional to join their team. The A/R role will be responsible for financial, clerical, and administrative services and provide efficient and timely billing and collection of accounts. This includes working closely with the Shipping Department, and communicating with customers.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of A/R experience and is comfortable processing credit cards and checks for deposits and/or final payments, applying cash receipts, invoicing deposits and preparing and reconciling bank deposits. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus!
