DIRECT HIRE Opportunity

Pay range is: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly

Hybrid in Syracuse, NY or REMOTE for valid NYC Workers’ compensation anywhere in the USA.

What you’ll do:· Investigate and analyze complex workers' compensation claims.· Negotiate settlements and manage litigation.· Manage claim reserves and financial aspects.· Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Valid Adjuster’s License in NY 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management. OIC experience as well. Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
