Help Wanted: Assistant for Online Gaming Community
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated assistant to join our team, focusing on expanding and nurturing our online community within the gaming industry. Our community has successfully hosted online events, including tournaments in the fighting game community and various FPS games. These events, aimed at community building and charity, have garnered significant success, and we are eager to further this growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and engage with our community on social media, Discord, and Twitch.
Foster growth and activity in our Discord server and channels.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing content creators.
Ensure event-related deadlines are met and the team is consistently reliable.
Recruit new streamers, tournament organizers, moderators, etc.
Explore new games or avenues to expand our community and event offerings.
Recruit and coordinate community volunteers.
Organize and oversee giveaways across all platforms and events.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs.
Basic graphic design skills.
